We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be assessed upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and vary by country.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will assist you.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders.
Size exchanges are always free. If your size isn’t in stock, we will issue a full store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
Sale items, bundle discounts, and limited releases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@shopcaliche.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
